Shampoo:

Apply 3 times a week
Apply to wet hair
Massage. Leave on for a few minutes then rinse.

Leave-in conditioner:

Apply to damp hair after shampooing 3 times a week

1) Take a small amount of product
Pour a small amount into the palm of your hand and distribute it between your hands.

2) Apply to the lengths
Spread the product over your lengths, working down to the ends.

3) Apply the excess to the roots
Use the remaining product on the roots, avoiding excess on the scalp.

4) Remove the excess without rinsing
Wash your hands then remove excess product with a towel

5) Proceed with drying and styling
Dry your hair with or without a hairdryer and then style according to your routine

Serum:

Daily on the scalp
Massage gently. Do not rinse.

Food supplement:

Take 1 capsule per day, to be swallowed with a large glass of water during a meal.
