We understand the importance of receiving your beauty products quickly and safely. Our logistics are handled by our professional partner ShipAway, ensuring high-quality packaging and prompt dispatch.

1. Delivery Methods and Partners

We work with the most reliable courier services. Depending on your location, you can choose the most convenient delivery method:

  • Parcel Lockers: LP EXPRESS, Omniva, DPD, Itella (Smartpost), etc.

  • Courier: Delivery directly to your home or office (DPD, DHL, Venipak, etc.).

  • Post Office: Delivery to your local post office (via Lithuanian Post/National Post) when courier or locker delivery is not available.

The exact delivery options for your address will be displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the selected method and country.

We offer FREE SHIPPING under the following conditions:

  • Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia): Free delivery for orders over €35.00.

  • Other Countries: Free delivery for orders over €50.00.

For orders below these amounts, a standard shipping fee applies, as shown at checkout.

3. Order Preparation and Delivery Times

  • Preparation: Goods are stored in a professional logistics center. 99% of orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Lithuania: 1–3 business days.

    • Latvia & Estonia: 2–4 business days.

    • Other European countries: 4–8 business days.

Note: Delivery may take slightly longer during holiday periods or due to unforeseen courier delays. We strive to inform you of any delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Receiving Goods and Damages

Our partner ("ShipAway") ensures that goods are packed securely.

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your package, please inspect the packaging. If it appears damaged (torn, wet, or deformed), we recommend refusing the package or filling out a damage report with the courier.

  • Issues: If you accept the package and find that items are damaged or missing, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at info@luxeolshop.com with photos of the packaging and items. We will resolve the issue promptly.

6. Unclaimed Packages

If a customer fails to retrieve the package within the storage period specified by the courier or parcel locker, the shipment will be returned to the Seller. In this case:

  1. The customer will be refunded for the goods.

  2. Direct return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Other Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please provide accurate contact details (phone number, postal code). Incorrect information may cause delays or delivery failure.

  • Weather Conditions: During extreme weather conditions (e.g., severe freezing temperatures) that could affect cosmetic product quality in outdoor lockers, we reserve the right to temporarily limit delivery methods to those ensuring temperature control (e.g., couriers or indoor lockers).
